Thanks to the Caja Rural de Navarra ATMs, you can carry out many different operations while enjoying the convenience of 24x7x365 availability.

Although the most common applications are cash withdrawals and balance and movement checks, you'll find that there are some other really useful services:

 

 

 

 

You can use our ATMs to withdraw cash either directly from your current account or from your credit card balance, if you hold a credit card.

Steps to follow:

1. Select the type of withdrawal:
- Current account
- Credit card (if you have one)

2. Indicate the amount that you would like to withdraw

3. Confirm the amount

4. Withdraw the money

 

 

Whenever you need to pay a non-direct debit bill, you can do so from one of our ATMs simply by entering four details that we will ask you to provide and that can be found on either the bill or tax payment notification.

Steps to follow:

In cash

1. Select Cardless Operations

2. Select Payment of Bills and the desired option::
- Non-direct debit bills
- Local taxes

3. Decide how you want to enter the details
- Barcode scanning
- Enter by hand

4. Insert the cash (only notes) and collect the change

With a card

1. Insert your card

2. Select Payment of Bills

3. Select Payment of Bills and the desired option:
- Non-direct debit bills
- Local taxes

4. Decide how you want to enter the data:
- Barcode scanning
- Enter by hand

 

 

If you have a prepaid card for your mobile phone, you can easily and conveniently top it up. You'll get a real-time confirmation message for the operation.

Steps to follow:

1. Select the option: Phone top up

2. Select the account type:
- Current account
- Credit account 

3. Select the operator:
- Euskaltel
- Vodafone
- Orange
- Movistar

4. Enter the phone number to be topped-up

5. Enter the amount

6. Check the details and confirm the operation

 

 

You can transfer money between your own bank accounts, or make a payment to another person/company through a transfer. At any time and from any of our ATMs, simply by entering the 20 digits of the beneficiary account number.

Steps to follow:

1. Select Transfers

2. Select the desired operation:
- Transfer between your Caja Rural de Navarra accounts
- Transfer

3. Enter the following details:
- Beneficiary account number
- Amount

4. Enter the concept of the operation (for transfers, you also need to enter the beneficiary's details)

 

 

You can change your card PIN to your preferred number.

Steps to follow:

1. Select Change PIN

2. Enter the new PIN that you would like to use.

3. Confirm the new PIN by re-entering it.

4. Enter the current PIN for the card

 

 

If you need to know the balance of your account, view the latest movements or get the IBAN for a transaction you need to do.

Steps to follow:

1. Select the desired operation:
- Balance
- Movements
- Account details (IBAN)

2. The requested information will be displayed

 

 

You can transfer the balance available on your credit card to your savings book or current account to cover any unexpected situation that may arise. Operation only available to credit card holders.

Steps to follow:

1. Select Transfer to account

2. Indicate the amount that you would like to transfer.

 

     

     

    If you want to shop online and you are a virtual cardholder, then you can transfer an amount to your card from your account.

    Steps to follow:

    1. Select:
    - Transfer to virtual card
    - Withdraw from virtual card

    2. Enter the amount that you wish to load or withdraw

    3. Get the receipt for the operation

     

     

     

     

    If you need to pay money into your account, then you can do so directly from the ATM by selecting the option "Cardless Operations" or if you are using a card then select "Cash deposit". Click here  to check the list of ATMs where you can make a deposit.

    Steps to follow:

    Quick deposit (without a concept)

    1. Select Quick Deposit

    2. Insert the banknotes into the slot

    3. Confirm the amount inserted

    Deposit 

    1. Select Deposit

    2. Enter the account number for the deposit

    3. Enter the amount of the deposit

    4. Enter the concept of the deposit

    5. Insert the banknotes into the slot

    6. Confirm the amount inserted

     

     

    You can also do a cardless cash withdrawal from the ATM thanks to our DIMO service.

    The Ruralvia Digital Bank generates the cash operation through DIMO. 

    An SMS with a code is sent to the person who is going to make the withdrawal. To withdraw money from the ATM:

    Steps to follow:

    1. Select Cardless Cash Withdrawal

    2. Enter the mobile number that the SMS was sent to, the code received and the amount

    3. Confirm the details

    4. Withdraw the money

    5. Get the receipt for the operation

     

     

    If your spending during the month means that you have almost reached your credit card limit, then you can simply transfer money to the card from your account. This will free up your limit and allow you to carry on using your card for the rest of the month.

    1. Select Transfer to credit card

    2. Indicate the amount to be transferred from your account to the card

    3. Confirm the amount

    4. Get the receipt for the operation
